Where is my bot hosted?
On a dedicated server in Germany. Your bot runs as its own service, starts automatically after reboots and restarts on its own if it ever crashes. You don't need a server or any technical setup.
Do you provide updates?
Yes. Bug fixes and changes needed for new Discord API versions are included in hosting. New features or bigger changes get their own fixed quote, so you always know the price before anything is built.
What happens to my server's data?
The bot only stores what a feature actually needs, for example user IDs for tickets or giveaway entries. Data is never sold or shared, bot tokens are kept off any public system, and everything is deleted when you cancel hosting or ask for it.
How long does delivery take?
Most bots are live within 72 hours after you accept the quote. Larger custom projects with integrations get a concrete timeline in the quote.
How do I pay?
Payment details are part of your quote. The build is paid once, half up front and half on delivery. Hosting is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
